**Order Cut-off Time:** To provide the best possible service, we have a daily cut-off time for shipping orders. All orders placed before 3 PM Central Time will be processed and shipped on the same day. Orders placed after this time will be processed and shipped on the next business day.
**Shipping Days:** We ship orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed and shipped on the next business day.
**Shipping Times:** UPS typically delivers within 1-5 business days, depending on the destination. Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary based on factors beyond our control.
**Shipping Rates:** Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of your order and the shipping destination. You can view the shipping cost during checkout before confirming your purchase.

**International Shipping:** At this time, LittleDogTech.com only ships to addresses within the United States. We do not offer international shipping.
